The 2nd annual 'Maryland Tulip Festival' will be held for three weeks in April of 2025 at Local Homestead Products, in New Windsor, Maryland, with special event days including vendors, music, LHP's popular free 5 acre playground for kids and on farm market and more.
Hours are 10AM-5PM ( the last ticket slot is 4:30PM) on days open!

Tickets are also available at the gate for but we HIGHLY recommend pre-purchasing as time slots are limited and can sell out. We have streamlined our check in process for 2025 and you can expect a separate check in for those who have pre-purchased tickets. Pre-purchasing your tickets helps us plan for staffing and limit overcrowding in the fields, making for a more pleasant experience for all our visitors, but mostly IT SAVES YOU TIME in line!
Please remember this is a working farm and at times, there may be mud in the walkways in the field and on the path down to the picking area. We highly recommend bringing shoes along with you that you dont mind getting dirty in the event or rainy weather during or preceding your chosen picking day.
Our Story
In 2022, Nate and Jen Dueck of Old Line Flower Co, a local you-pick flower farm, brought tulip picking to Maryland. After a successful first season, it became a popular spring pastime enjoyed by Marylander's (and beyond) each spring with floral events including Girls Night Out, Date Nights and on farm Yoga. In 2024, Old Line Flower Co partnered with another outstanding and respected local, multi-season agritourism farm and market, Local Homestead Products, owned by Trevor Hoff. Well known for their outstanding fall and winter family activities, including pumpkin picking and christmas light trail, Local Homestead also offers a popular year round on-farm market and free kids playground. The Maryland Tulip Festival is a joint effort between these two farms, who both share a common commitment and mission; bringing families together through agriculture.
